Check your upload speed with the speedtest tool. I've had reasonable quality with lower (say 4Mbps) and I've heard reports from some who have worked with as low as 2Mbps, but it depends on what quality you are happy with. A good download speed is useful, but it is the upload speed that is important. However, to get good results, I recommend an upload speed of at least 10Mbps is more like it.
